The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of subscribing for any of our services. The deadline for cancelling an order is 24 hours from the time at which you completed your payment. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
You can inform us of your decision writing an email to us at refund@scholifyme.com We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive your payment. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Scholify reserves the right to refuse returns of any services that fail to any of the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
Please note that refunds can only be processed for subscriptions purchased only, and not for any of our exclusive, time to time campaigns.
